Kdo si tuto pravdu o d\u016fle\u017eitosti vhodn\u00e9ho pohybu uv\u011bdom\u00ed a bude se j\u00ed tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit, bude ve zna\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdhod\u011b v\u016f\u010di lidem, co propadnou lenivosti a celkov\u011b nezdrav\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu stylu, co\u017e se t\u00fdk\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 i zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy, dostatku sp\u00e1nku pro pot\u0159ebnou bun\u011b\u010dnou regeneraci a tak\u00e9 eliminace stresu.
