Podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee m\u00e1m za sebou zku\u0161enosti z obou typ\u016f bydlen\u00ed a mohu je navz\u00e1jem velmi dob\u0159e porovnat. O rodinn\u00fd d\u016fm jsem se pe\u010dliv\u011b staral a zveleboval jej, byl to vlastn\u011b m\u016fj kon\u00ed\u010dek a bylo prakticky vylou\u010deno, \u017ee by zat\u00e9kalo st\u0159echou, odpad\u00e1vala om\u00edtka nebo nebyla nat\u0159en\u00e1 okna. \u00dadr\u017ebu jsem prov\u00e1d\u011bl i v interi\u00e9ru a d\u016fm vypadal k sv\u011btu. Kdy\u017e jsme d\u016fm museli prodat a vyplatit z prodeje \u010d\u00e1st pod\u00edlov\u00e9ho spoluvlastnictv\u00ed, na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed se mi poda\u0159ilo z\u00edskat byt v bytov\u00e9m dom\u011b, o kter\u00fd se velmi pe\u010dliv\u011b star\u00e1 ji\u017e mnoho let \u0161ikovn\u00fd a moudr\u00fd spr\u00e1vce domu, tak\u017ee je to tu podobn\u00e9, jako v dom\u011b, kde jsem l\u00e9ta bydlel. Dob\u0159e si uv\u011bdomuji, \u017ee velmi z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, kdo se o objekt star\u00e1, a jestli\u017ee je to n\u011bjak\u00fd lempl nebo neschopn\u00fd jedinec, m\u016f\u017ee to p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et v\u0161em obyvatel\u016fm nemal\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Spr\u00e1va nemovitost\u00ed Brno st\u0159ed https:\/\/www.homepartner.cz\/sprava-nemovitosti-brno\/ ale nen\u00ed tot\u00e9\u017e, co spr\u00e1va rodinn\u00e9ho domu. Zde se nap\u0159\u00edklad v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Spole\u010denstv\u00ed vlastn\u00edk\u016f jednotek jedn\u00e1 o soukrom\u00e9 a spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory, prov\u00e1d\u00ed se tu povinn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 revize, opravy nebo rekonstrukce a je tak\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 postarat se o administrativu a ve\u0161ker\u00e9 kroky, kter\u00e9 na\u0159izuje platn\u00e1 legislativa.Jestli\u017ee spr\u00e1vce domu nezvl\u00e1d\u00e1 sv\u00e9 povinnosti a doch\u00e1z\u00ed tu k r\u016fzn\u00fdm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm a ke zhor\u0161en\u00ed mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f, je \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed spr\u00e1vce vym\u011bnit. Bu\u010f za n\u011bkoho z tamn\u00edho spole\u010denstv\u00ed, anebo n\u011bkoho extern\u00edho. Extern\u00ed spr\u00e1va budov zaji\u0161\u0165uje ve\u0161ker\u00e9 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 administrativn\u00ed i technick\u00e9 kroky a prov\u00e1d\u00ed tuto \u010dinnost za \u00faplatu. Jestli\u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o seri\u00f3zn\u00edho spr\u00e1vce, kter\u00fd sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci dob\u0159e rozum\u00ed a m\u00e1 za sebou i jist\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, pak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tento postup skute\u010dnou v\u00fdhrou.
